How to Request Data Deletion
If you have communicated with CTG Pharmacy through Facebook Messenger and would like to request deletion of personal information associated with your interaction, you may submit a deletion request using one of the following methods:
Option 1 — Facebook Messenger
Send a message to the CTG Pharmacy Facebook Page stating:
“Please delete my data.”
Please send the request from the same Facebook account that was used to communicate with our Page. This helps us identify the relevant Messenger records associated with the request.
Option 2 — Contact Through Our Website
You may contact us through our official website and request deletion of information associated with your Messenger interaction. Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant records without providing unnecessary sensitive information.
What We May Delete
Where applicable, a verified deletion request may result in deletion of information maintained by our own systems in connection with the user’s Messenger interaction, such as identifiers and automation-related records that we control.
Data Maintained by Meta
Information independently stored or controlled by Meta is subject to Meta’s own privacy policies, retention practices, and user controls. CTG Pharmacy can process deletion requests only for information that is under our control.
Legal and Operational Requirements
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
